  • Design Services: Once an order for design services is placed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled as the design process begins immediately to fulfill your preferences and ideas.
  • Print and Production Services: Orders for printing and production can only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once production has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Design Services: Due to the nature of personalized designs and the immediate start of the design process, refunds for design services are not provided once the order has been placed and payment has been processed.
  • Print and Production Services: Refunds for printing and production services will only be considered if the cancellation request is received before production begins. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus any costs incurred for materials or work already completed.
